The Alaminos Carbon Project of Ayala Land, Inc. has kicked off with a briefing on Republic Act 9147: Wildlife Resources Conservation Act. The participants were welcomed by the Mayor Loreto Masa of Alaminos while Architect Anna Gonzales of Ayala Land, Inc. provided the rationale for the the Carbon Project. DENR RIVA Forester Florida Morada provided information on RA9147. Participants are from Barangays San Andres and San Juan, Jarton Security Agency, BellaVita Subdivision Management and Ayala Land Inc.

Site Reconnaissance:ALI Alaminos Carbon Forest Project
Site reconnaissance in Alaminos, Laguna was conducted by the help of For. Eric Buduan, Senior Program Officer from Forest Foundation Philippines together with the representative from the BellaVita Subdivision Management and Jarton Security Agency as part of the preparation for the nursery establishment as well as in relation on the land delineation for the baseline map for the existing trees in the area.
